We liked the outlay of the property which had kitchen, sitting room, big bedroom with en suite bathroom, and had extras like washing machine, fridge, microwave, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, tv and wifi and a very welcome welcome box with bread, butter,eggs, milk, coffee, tea, sugar. There was towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and toilet rolls. Also an information booklet and leaflets telling you what was in the area too, Seemed to think of everything for the traveller. ☹ i dont think there was anything we didnt like !!!Janet2023-10-23Exceptional

Holiday breaks in South Devon
Situated halfway between the coast and the moors, around ½ a mile from Newton Abbot Racecourse and a mile from the centre of Newton Abbot. The apartment is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking, windsurfing, sailing and cycling, all within a short distance. There is a bus stop at the front of the property which will take you to Newton Abbot, Exeter and further afield. There is also a main line Train Station in Newton Abbot. We are always happy to collect and return you to the station. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate children or pets.

Providing a warm comfortable environment where our guests can relax after a day exploring our lovely area. Visit a local Restaurant or pub for a meal, then finally sleep well in a bed you are sure to be glad to come back to. Wake refreshed, shower and head off out, well, after coffee on the patio
Pick up & Drop
We are more than happy to pick you up from the station and return you to catch the train home. With no charge. Collection from Local Airport is also available with a charge to cover our costs

Ample guest parking is on the right of the drive.

There is a small patio ideal for a drink after a long day, with seating, Cushions are provided and an umbrella to shield you from the sun in the morning

The kitchen has a full sized electric cooker with four ring ceramic hob and double oven, Fridge with small Ice box, washing machine if you need to refresh your clothing.
